Our services

iMarketU provides website and marketing services. Sending an inquiry requests a response; it does not purchase a service or commit you to a project.

Project scope, timing, price, payment schedule, and any ongoing services are confirmed separately in writing before work begins. Those agreed project terms govern the work. Contact us by email to discuss a change or cancellation; applicable charges and cancellation terms depend on your written agreement.

iMarketU text-message program

You may choose to receive one or both of these categories:

• Service messages: responses about your inquiry, website-project updates, and customer support.
• Marketing messages: information about website design, hosting, and promotional offers.

Our Request a Call form provides separate, optional SMS checkboxes. They are unchecked by default. Checking a box gives permission for that category at the phone number you provide. You can submit the form without either box checked. Marketing SMS consent is not required to purchase services.

Message frequency varies according to your inquiry, project, and selected categories. Your mobile carrier’s message and data charges may apply. Contact your carrier about your plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to an iMarketU message to unsubscribe from SMS. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Do not rely on an opt-out text to cancel a paid service; contact us separately about your service agreement.

Reply HELP for assistance, email imrketuandthewrld@gmail.com, or call (726) 240-7866. Contact us if your number changes or is reassigned. Any later enrollment requires a new valid opt-in.

Delivery and privacy

Text delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for messages that are delayed or fail to arrive. Do not use this messaging program for emergencies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact details, project information, and SMS consent. We do not sell or share mobile information or consent records for other businesses’ marketing.
