Who this notice covers

iMarketU is a website and marketing-services business based in Texas. This notice covers information collected through imarketu.net and imrketu.com, our contact and onboarding forms, and our communications with you.

Information we collect and why

• Inquiries and contact details. Your name, business name, email, phone number, and messages help us respond, arrange requested calls, and provide support.
• Project information. Services, service areas, business hours, design preferences, domain names, social links, instructions, and any logos or photos you choose to upload help us plan and deliver your website.
• Communication preferences. Your SMS choices and related records help us document permission and honor opt-outs.
• Service and billing records. We use project communications, agreed scope, and payment-status records to administer services and resolve billing questions. Payment-card details should be entered only on the payment provider’s checkout or invoice page, never in our project forms.
• Website activity. Our website and providers process connection and usage information, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, and link clicks, to operate the site and measure activity as described below.

Please do not upload passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or confidential information about your own customers into our contact or onboarding forms.

SMS choices and mobile information

Providing a phone number or requesting a call does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing texts. Our form offers separate, optional choices for non-marketing service messages and marketing offers. Neither SMS checkbox is required to submit the form, and marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose mobile numbers to other businesses or affiliates for their own advertising or promotions. SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold, transferred, or shared for anyone else’s marketing. Providers that help us deliver messages may process this information only to provide that service.

You may stop SMS messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us by email. Message frequency varies and your carrier may charge message or data fees. See our SMS Terms for details.

Who processes information

The iMarketU owner handles client submissions. We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, chat widgets, contact records, booking, and communications. Hosting, messaging, email, and payment providers also process information needed to deliver their respective services. Their systems may store or process information outside your state or country.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Our restriction on sharing SMS consent for others’ marketing still applies.

Cookies, analytics, and embedded services

The website uses Google Analytics to measure site activity, Meta Pixel to measure visits and campaign responses, and HighLevel external tracking to measure page views and traffic sources. Selecting “Allow measurement” enables measurement cookies, Meta Pixel, and HighLevel external tracking. These providers may receive browser and device information, pages visited, referral and campaign information, and actions such as clicking contact links. This choice is separate from consent to receive texts.

Google’s tag can contact Google before a cookie choice is made; the site’s initial configuration denies analytics cookie storage. Embedded HighLevel forms, chat widgets, and booking pages also connect to that provider when loaded. Choosing “Essential only” does not block those service connections.

Your cookie choice is stored in this browser. You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser to see the choice again, and use your browser’s controls to block or remove cookies. Clearing local data does not delete information already held by iMarketU or its providers. For provider information, see Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy.

Retention, security, and requests

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the project relationship, consent and opt-out records, and applicable accounting, dispute, or legal requirements. We keep information as needed for those purposes rather than promising one deletion period for every record.

You can email us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask how long a particular record is kept. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or preserve an opt-out, and copies in provider backups may remain under their retention processes.

No online service or transmission is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your project.

Updates to this notice

Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. A policy update does not itself create new permission to send you marketing texts.
